Chris has over 10 years’ experience as a trusted business legal advisor, who now focuses exclusively on cannabis commercial law and compliance.

He started his career with a Big 4 national accounting firm where he advised middle market companies on taxation.

He is a California licensed attorney (SBN 276530), CPA (not licensed in California), and has both Master of Science in Taxation and Executive MBA degrees from nationally recognized Universities.

He has received cannabis specific legal and accounting training through the University of San Diego’s Cannabis Law & Policy program and a nationally recognized accounting and tax network.
